Shipping Methods

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, if available.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping transit times.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout or on the product page and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to receive the package, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. However, if you experience any shipping issues, our customer support team will be happy to assist you in resolving them.


Order Tracking

If tracking information is available, it will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
